Summary

Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Vadimovich Spiridonov acts as the Chef's agent: lists the Chef's profile and menu, accepts payments from clients and pays the Chef. Cooking is done by the Chef personally and under their own responsibility.

To take orders, a Chef verifies their phone and uploads a passport and a valid health (sanitary) record. Diplomas and awards are optional and shown publicly after verification; passport and health record are never shown to clients.

Commission: 15% of the Chef's work per completed order and 100 RUB of the grocery shopping fee (the Chef receives 250 of 350 RUB). Grocery costs are reimbursed in full. Payouts are made within 3 business days after completion unless a complaint is filed.

Chefs must not accept payments from Service clients outside the Service, must respect clients' allergies and privacy, and arrive on time.
