How much does a home chef cost?
The chef's work starts from 1,100 RUB per hour, minimum visit 2 hours. Groceries are paid by receipts, the chef's grocery run is 350 RUB. Example: borscht and syrniki for a family of four (8 portions) — about 4,400 RUB in total, roughly 550 RUB per portion.
Who buys the groceries?
Your choice: you shop with a ready list, or the chef shops on the way. You set a limit — the chef can exceed it only with your approval, and you pay actual receipts.
How are chefs verified?
Chefs confirm their phone and upload a passport and a valid health record. Without them they cannot take orders. Diplomas and awards are shown only after verification.
Can I choose a female or male chef?
Yes. In filters choose "Who cooks": anyone, a man or a woman — only matching chefs are shown.
What about allergies?
Before you build the menu, the app asks about allergies and diet. Dishes with allergens are flagged, and the chef sees your restrictions in the order.
When am I charged?
The amount is held on your card when you order and charged after the visit: work per estimate, groceries per receipts. Any unused amount is released.
Can I cancel?
Free more than 24 hours ahead. Between 24 and 2 hours — 30% of the chef's work, less than 2 hours — 100%. If the chef cancels — full refund.
