1. Controller

2. Data we process

Clients: phone number, name, visit addresses and coordinates, orders and payments (no card data), food preferences, and — optionally, with separate consent — allergies.

Chefs: phone, name, gender and photo for the profile, passport data, health record (with written consent), diplomas and awards, rate, menu, work area, payouts.

Technical: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, chosen language and city, activity log.

3. Purposes

Sign-in, placing and fulfilling orders, sharing visit details with the Chef, payments and payouts, chef verification, support and complaints, legal obligations, anonymised service improvement, interface language detection.

4. Sharing

Chefs receive the client's name, phone and address only after accepting the order. Payment data is shared with YooKassa; phone numbers with the SMS provider. We never sell data or share it for third-party advertising.

5. Retention and rights

Account data is kept until the account is deleted; order and payment records for 5 years as required by accounting law; chef documents for the cooperation period plus 3 years. You may request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent at info@deemkend.ru; we reply within 10 business days.
